No spoilers for now, but it's worth the money for a watch. The 3 hours did not seem like 3 hours.

Disgusted? How come?
I myself thought it was poetic and fan service all around. If you have followed all 22 movies leading up to this one then there is almost something from each movie. I wouldn't say you do HAVE to see all the previous marvel movies but it does make for a more enjoyable experience.

One bright side is that Ironman is kind of like Batman, other people can wear the suit without having to start the story over.

No spoilers for now.

One of the larger reasons I think Infinity Wars and Endgame just are not that good of movies is the fact the writers of the film had one essential choice to make - do we tell a lot about a few characters OR do we tell a little about many characters?

Clearly, the writers choose the latter option and both films suffered mightily from that decision.
Creating a story for ensemble movies with this many characters was always going to be hard but when the bulk of your past films had the good sense not to muddy any one story with too many people and storylines, a change of philosophy was always likely to come off as something less. Both Infinity Wars and Endgame suffer from this.

Thinking back, Age of Ultron probably pushed the limits for the number of story lines these films could manage.

It is a less than satisfying end to a series of films that will long be remembered and watched in the future.
