i read it when it first came out.  very good book.

I enjoyed it because it was about football but not Grisham's best.  But that is just my opinion.

I still  love "A Time to Kill".  Grisham's first.   His other books, to me, just have the same plot through out and I usually can figure them out.

Now "Bleachers" was not like his other books so I do rank it above his earlier works of the attorney era.   I haven't had time to read his latest.   

"Playing for Pizza" I thought was a good read.  The ending was predictable.   But the characters were interesting.
